Project Based Engagement : Short term engagement, billing per specific project. Used with individual, well-defined projects with no ongoing commitment.
Flexible Services Model (FSM): Medium to long-term engagements wherein a certain number of FTEs or "Virtual Analysts" from PharmARC's multifaceted team are dedicated to the client for a specified period to support multiple projects.
Analytic Centre of Excellence (ACE): Long term, highly integrated engagement where the client sets up their "Own" analytic team within PharmARC as a distinct physical facility for an indefinite period. A dedicated team reports directly to the client, with PharmARC providing operational support, infrastructure and local management.
