Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, November 7, 2011 – The 3rd annual Internation Conference on Management Sciences (ICAMS 2011) was held at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during November 4-6, 2011. The aim objective of ICAMS 2011 was to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Advanced Management Science. About 200 papers were accepted in this conference and 75 of them were presented during the course of the event.

PharmARC submitted a paper titled "ServQual 2.0 – A Novel Approach to Delivering Scalable Quality in Knowledge Services"  and  was subsequently invited to present the paper at ICAMS 2011  The accepted paper was authored by Rajkumar Krishna and Rajagopal Sevilimedu, and was presented  by Rajkumar at the conference.

Rajkumar presented a gist of the  ServQual 2.0 concept in a short presentation.The presentation was well accepted in the conference and followed by a question and answer session with the audience with specific questions on how to emulate, imbibe and articulate these principles while delivering knowledge services.
