Raj Dave, President, PharmARC, Inc., speaks on 'Effective offshoring in Business Analytics' at the 2010 PMSA

Princeton, NJ, May 1, 2010 - PharmARC participated in the PMSA (Pharmaceutical Management and Scientific Association) 2010 conference held in Savannah, GA from 3-4 May 2010. Raj Dave, President, PharmARC, Inc., co-presented with Glenn Abrahamsen, Senior Director Global Business Analytics, MSD, on 'Effective offshoring in business analytics'.

The presentation discussed a case study of how a business analytics department evaluated appropriate use of an offshore partner and then implemented a relationship. The case study involved both using an off-shore partner for analytical support as well as technology development. The area of focus was development and support of sales performance systems for the home office and the sales force.
