We have a dedicated Process and Quality team that works with the project delivery and sales organizations to implement our stated quality policy.
At the core of our quality philosophy lies our acknowledgement and approach to minimize the gaps that can exist in understanding the client’s actual needs, the solutions that we offer, and the perceived fulfillment of their actual needs.
We have a well-defined project delivery framework that covers the entire life-cycle of a project. All personnel involved in a project, both from sales and delivery teams are regularly trained on the processes to ensure that perceived client fulfillment converges with the actual needs.
