VittiTM Forecast Consolidator: Upload forecasts, track changes, consolidate results and assumptions
Forecasting is an extremely crucial business function for any pharma company, and this has always been a core expertise of ours. Assumptions with sound rationale, and the ability to modify forecasts on a periodic basis with changing market environment and assumptions, are the basis of well-defined forecasts. We have our proprietary forecasting tool, which we use to develop forecasts across US, EU and emerging markets. A natural extension to our forecasting offering has been our VittiTM Forecast Consolidator product.
Once the affiliates and regions finalize their forecasts for the product portfolio for a particular review cycle, they can upload the assumptions and results in a defined template into the forecast consolidator, maintaining the latest versions at all times. The assumptions and results for a franchise or the portfolio can be rolled up at regional/global level, providing a consolidated view to gain better insights into the assumptions used, and have more objective and transparent communication.
